Online Therapy

I provide virtual individual therapy sessions.


Individual therapy will provide a safe space to freely discuss any topics you'd like to explore, as well as your feelings, thoughts and inner experiences. 

I'm currently accepting new clients from Ontario, Canada and New York State, USA. 


If you feel sad and exhausted, lack motivation and seem to lose interest in most activities, or feel anxious, fearful, worried, have trouble falling asleep or sleeping more than usual, you might want to consider talking to a professional. Psychotherapy is one of the most effective ways to help with depression and anxiety.
